About us

Charlene van Blerk, chief designer and owner of Cakes4Kids and Cakes4Brides is much more than a mere baker.

She is a cake designer with a wonderful imagination; she has vision and the practical skills to transform an idea into a confection that is as good to look at as it is to eat. She is supported by a team of bakers and icing specialists, every member of whom prides herself on creativity, consistency and dedication to detail.
